Shipping policy

SHIPPING RATES

We aim to ship your goods as quickly as possible.  During sale or promotional periods, or periods of high volume orders, please allow a couple of extra days for us to process and pack your order.

We offer domestic shipping Australia wide which includes tracking on all orders.  Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.

An express option is available on request.  Please email us at hushlittlebabe@outlook.com for express rates prior to placing your order.  

Pick up is not available.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard shipping within Australia takes on average 1-10 working days as a guide.

Once your order has left our warehouse it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.  If you have not received your order within the time frames above kindly contact the shipping carrier and quote the tracking number provided. 

TRACKING

All orders come with a Tracking Number which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.  If you have not received your tracking number within 72 hours please send us an email at hushlittlebabe@outlook.com so we can follow this up for you.
