Returns

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hushlittlebabe@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Hush Little Babe will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the original shipping charge will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item.  Kindly provide clear photographic evidence so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue. 

All orders are checked for defects and damage prior to packaging.  Once your order has left our warehouse it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.  If your order is damaged in transit kindly contact the shipping carrier and quote the tracking number provided.  You must provide photographic evidence to the shipping carrier support service within 24 hours of receiving your item or you may not be eligible for a claim. 

Hush Little Babe will not bear the cost of items damaged in transit, a claim must be made directly to the shipping carrier. 

Australia Post shipping includes cover for lost or damaged parcels up to $100.  Sendle shipping includes cover for lost or damaged parcels up to $300 as well as the cost of delivery. This cover is automatically included in every order and it’s completely free.

In the event that the original postage was paid by Hush Little Babe and the customer received free postage, the amount of the original postage fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to the customer.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or change of mind.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  Hush Little Babe will not be responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less the shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
