Damaged or Faulty
All items are checked and tested prior to shipping. However, if your order does arrive damaged or defective and it is not related to misuse, we will repair or replace the damaged item and cover the courier costs associated with sending the item back. Contact us via email within 24 hours of receipt and we will guide you through the process.
